Benvenuto nel sito della Cicoandcico co. (v3.0)
Questa pagina, come ogni altra in questo sito, è stata creata con Kwrite, l'ottimo editor incluso in molte distribuzioni Linux. Le immagini sono state fatte, invece, con The Gimp e soprattutto con Photoshop. Clicca qui

Questa nuova versione porta con se molti cambiamenti, tra cui una nuova sezione in cui raccoglierò tutti i miei articoli. Per l'occasione ho scritto due pezzi che riguardano l'elettronica, per la gioia di tutti coloro che vogliono saperne di più su questo mondo. Poichè la lingua ufficiale dell'elettronica è l'inglese, ho deciso che non ci sarà una versione italiana. Spero che il mio (duro) lavoro sarà utile a qualcuno.

La nuova versione di questo sito rappresenta un bel passo avanti rispetto alla precedente. Ho deciso di scrivere un articolo nel quale cercherò di illustrare gli enormi passi avanti che sono stati fatti, soprattutto da un punto di vista della tecnologia, ma senza trascurare l'aspetto estetico, che è sempre importante.
Spiegherò, inoltre, come ho raggiunto l'integrazione tra bellezza e funzionalità, e quali compromessi ho dovuto applicare. Di questo articolo è eccezionalmente presente una versione italiana.

Il TCPA è la fine delle nostre libertà di utenti. Il TCPA è la fine dello sviluppo libero. Il TCPA, semplicemente, è una merda! Da http://www.againsttcpa.com:
"TCPA stands for Trusted Computing Platform Alliance. For the technology we will speak from TCP (The trusted computing platform). This plans that every computer will have a TPM (Trusted Platform Module), also known as Fritz-Chip, built-in. At later development stages, these functions will be directly included into CPUs, graphiccards, harddisks, soundcards, bios and so on. This will secure that the computer is in a TCPA-conform state and that he checks that it's always in this state. This means: On the first level comes the hardware, on the second comes TCPA and then comes the user. The complete communication works with a 2048 bit strong encryption, so it's also secure enough to make it impossible to decrypt this in realtime for a longer time. This secures that the TCPA can prevent any unwanted software and hardware. The long term result will be that it will be impossible to use hardware and software that's not approved by the TCPA. Presumably there will be high costs to get this certification and that these would be too much for little and mid-range companies. Therefore open-source and freeware would be condemned to die, because without such a certification the software will simply not work. In the long term only the big companies would survive and could control the market as they would like.
Some could think that it should be possible to get around this security. But probably they would be proved they're wrong. Until now there're no such hardware-implemented security systems and actual security systems have to work offline. This would be changed with TCP. Smetti di essere un semplice utente! Diventa padrone del tuo PC! E' gratis, è meglio: cosa vuoi di più? Certo, all'inizio ci si deve impegnare, ma una volta che sarai diventato un Linux user, capirai perchè è così stupido continuare ad usare una schifo di OS come il nostro caro Windows. Tra le varie distribuzioni, ce n'è sicuramente una fatta per te! Ora sto usando Debian linux, e c'è poco da dire: è proprio meglio di Windows. Funziona meglio, è più veloce, consuma meno risorse ed è più bello esteticamente. La Debian passa per una delle distribuzioni più ostiche, e in effetti è così, ma una volta messa a posto tutto funziona, ed eccezionalmente bene. Ad ogni modo, ci sono distribuzioni come Mandrake o Fedora che sono più orientate a chi viene da Windows. Inoltre, l'istallazione non distruggerà Windows, e ad ogni boot potrai scegliere cosa caricare. Ancora dubbi?
